Who is my main point of contact? And how would we communicate moving forward?

Your main point of contact (POC) for each of our services is the Mayple Expert that you've chosen for the project. In addition, once you are matched to your expert, you will be introduced to your Customer Success Manager who will be your trusted advisor who will support you for your entire journey with Mayple.

Do I need to pay an extra fee for Mayple’s monitoring services?

Nope! No matter which services or Mayple experts you choose, everything comes with continuous, unbiased monitoring at no extra cost to you.

What does “monitoring” mean?

Our monitoring system checks over 180 parameters relating to your expert's work and your campaigns' KPIs, to help ensure a high chance of success.

How many experts can I talk to before making a decision?

You can meet with up to three experts per a service, and revise your Strategy as often as you wish before starting. No campaigns will begin until you have complete confidence and click the ‘approve’ button on the Mayple platform.

Why does the matching process take up to 4 business days?

Because we take the matching process seriously! We want you to scale, and we want you to do it with the best-fit expert by your side. While you're waiting to be matched, we make sure the project is properly aligned with the expert through the algorithm and an additional verification carried out by our matching team.

Why can’t I choose the expert myself?

Our AI-powered algorithm uses 25-50 matching factors that we collect during the vetting process, plus a deep analysis of your business to match you with your marketing expert. Statistically, this process is more accurate than any human decision making process. To help us do this, we use the marketing brief and information gathered during your 1 on 1 meeting with Mayple’s Marketing Consultant.

Do I need to pay before I meet the expert? What happens if I don’t approve the expert?

You will only be billed after you approve the expert. You will meet them first to discuss your business and their qualifications and then make a decision. In case you don't approve the expert we will recommend to you another expert based on your preferences. But just so you know, we currently have a matching brand-marketing expert success rate of 92%.

How do you vet your experts?

Mayple's vetting process is based on data. To become a Mayple vetted Expert, a marketer must give us view only access to their advertising accounts as well as pass a deep face-to-face interview process. We examine what tactics they use, look to see if they perform well compared to industry benchmarks, and gauge if they are able to achieve set milestones. We use 141 vetting criteria in total that each marketer must achieve if they are to be accepted.

In case of paid advertising, does the package fee include the media cost?

No. The media cost is paid directly to the ad platform (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).

Why do I need a minimum $5,000 monthly media budget to start with paid advertising?

The process of launching, optimizing, and scaling a campaign is based on data and conversion. From Mayple’s vast experience, a $20,000 investment over a 3 month period is what it takes to generate enough data and conversion to build a scalable campaign.

Can I change my expert after my marketing strategy gets approved?

Yes of course. Just ask your dedicated Growth Strategist - they'll be able to help you do this.

How much time before I see results? And what kinds of results can I expect?

You should be seeing results on a consistent basis, however they will likely come in the form of revenue and progress within the accounts, and not necessarily ROI and ROAS in the short term. A projected timeline will be presented to you in your marketing plan meeting based on your business and industry.

When will I see positive ROI?

Every business requires some investment upfront to scale. And achieving positive ROI depends on a lot of factors, such as your business model, product, industry, your marketing budget, and more. A detailed roadmap will be presented to you in your marketing plan meeting based on your business and industry, which will show you what you can expect.

Can you help me manage my social media pages while running my social media ads?

Running social media ads (paid advertising) and running social media profiles (organic) are two different types of packages. So if you want Social Media Management, you will need to book a package with a Mayple social media expert in your niche.

How do I know if I’m ready for advertising?

The easy way to find out is by using Mayple's CRO Audit tool. If your score is above 50 - you are ready to go! And Mayple’s Marketing Consultant will qualify your website and recommend the services you need during your meeting.

How do I know what type or how many creatives I need before starting to advertise?

5 unique creatives in all the standard sizes is a good start. Your Mayple marketing expert will share their specific recommendations in your marketing plan meeting prior to starting.

Are creatives included in the Paid Media Package ?

The strategy and messaging in the creatives are included, but the actual graphics (creatives) are not included. The expert can work with your in-house designer, or an additional package can be booked for graphics on an on-demand basis.
